A "message" from Message - Missions Report from the Middle East

Greetings to you all in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am writing this brief email to you from Israel to update some of you who may not have realized that Sister Rebekah and I slipped away on yet another Missions trip. We have returned to the Middle East to fulfill the burden of our heart to follow up in ministering the Word to those we spoke to in January. As we know, any fresh planting of the Seed of the Word needs water for the life of the Seed to grow. This is our burden and desire to fulfill in these next few weeks – God helping us.

We came to Israel first to be with both Rabbi Richman with whom our relationship in the Word is growing deeper and deeper and the others we met here in January. There is truly something stirring in the Spiritual realm with Rabbi Richman – what we believe is an evidence of the time we are living in for the light of truth to shine in these parts again and illuminate the fervent Jews that we in the Message are in contact with. We visited with Rabbi Richman on Thursday, the same day we arrived. He was truly overjoyed to see us. We had a great time together in fellowship – which is always on a spiritual lever. We’ll be with him and his wife Rena on Saturday night. Please hold us up in your prayers for this further meeting.

We are also following up with the Pastor and Christians (former Muslims) we met while here last time. I’ve already been with them several times in these two days. Our expected length of time here in Israel will be about 5 days which will include sharing the Word with others who were formerly Muslim. Through these brothers we expect to cross over into Jordan to minister there among their contacts before going on up to Amman where we will be with those whom we spoke to in January.

After being in Jordan for about 4 days we will then travel over to Lebanon again to be for the last 5 days with those to whom we shared the Word with in January. They are all very eager and desirous to know more of the truth of God’s Word. I’ll be writing more later. Please keep us in your prayers. We deeply covet them in this time.
