There's been a mini sales boom recently in 10 US cities... cities that were hardest hit by the economic downturn (ie. Las Vegas, Sacramento, San Diego and Los Angeles.)
Experts attribute the increase in real estate activity to buyers taking advantage of much lower-priced inventory and bidding wars on foreclosures.
